Professional Experience
Kyle has a thriving litigation practice with a focus on insurance defense matters. He advises clients in all aspects of litigation including trial, and represents clients throughout Texas in both state and federal courts.
With nearly thirty years in practice, Kyle has gained extensive knowledge and courtroom experience in a broad array of specialties including catastrophic personal injury litigation, wrongful death actions, products liability litigation (representing retailers, distributors, and manufacturers), automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents, premises liability claims, inadequate security cases, construction accidents (representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors), construction defect litigation, electrocution/electrical shock cases, toxic tort litigation, Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims, amusement park accidents, commercial litigation and property damage cases.
Kyle spent the first decade of his career practicing law for a premiere downtown Dallas law firm representing the insureds of many major insurance companies. He consistently and successfully represents his clients and helps them resolve and obtain a just adjudication of their disputes.
